The MJC was informed only on December 14 that it will receive no funding support from Arts Victoria for its 2013 Program, which commences on January 13. Obviously such late notice did not give scope for the "forward planning" that Arts Victoria likes to espouse. See our News page for details of this decision, and how to protest it.
