The Open Academy at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music is holding a workshop on Saturday 6 October for anyone interested in auditioning for The Con's tertiary jazz course. Run by Craig Scott, the Chair of the Jazz Unit, the workshop will provide information on course requirements and allow people to try a mock audition if they choose. Students who have completed the workshop in the past have found it very helpful in preparing for their "real" audition later in the year.
