This 2009 National tour sees the orchestra collaborating with incredible Belgian trumpeter & composer, Bert Joris, a major force of the European jazz scene. Celebrated for the warmth and lyricism of his playing, Joris is a leading international musician with a particular love for large-ensemble jazz and is mainly known for his playing & composing with the Brussels jazz Orchestra, Village Vanguard Orchestra and Belgian legend Phillip Catherine.
