The jazz/ improv/ rock/ ambient power trio ASSUMPTIONS will return to the Melbourne stage on July 12th at the Northcote Social Club.
The trio of Julien Wilson sax, Steve Magnusson guitar and drummer Will Guthrie (all winners of the prestigeous Wangaratta National Jazz Awards) have been on hold for awhile while Guthrie has been based overseas, however with over 15 years of playing together in different groups and 2 cds on Newmarket under their belt ASSUMPTIONS will join together again for only ONE concert in Melbourne followed by an East Coast tour.
